Agreement
		The Standard price for all regular Horse Training is $ 400.00 per month. A month is (30) thirty calendar days from delivery of the horse. This price includes training, feed and hay, and routine daily care.
		Special feed or feed supplements, provided by the customer will be given to your horse as you instruct, but no discount is available for providing your own feed.
		A payment of $ 150.00 is made by cash or check to JHP Land and Cattle when you deliver your horse. An additional payment of $ 250.00 is due on the thirtieth day. Additional training time can be added on the same payment basis for thirty day periods or at a per-diem rate of $15.00.
		The initial payment of $ 150.00 pays for the first ten days of training. This is an evaluation period for your horse in general, and a discovery period for particular training issues.
		Every horse is different, and this ten day period at the beginning, allows me to design a specific curriculum that will move your horse forward in his training in good fashion. It also provides an opportunity for trainer and owner to discuss options, potential problems, and concerns about lesson plans and training goals.
